How can I contact you?
We are available everywhere.
It’s easy to find us and to contact us. We are available via E-mail, WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook Messenger and of course phone calls through our front office, reservations and operations phone numbers.

We like prompt communication so we always go out of our ways to reply as fast as possible each and every message we receive, anywhere we receive it.
Do I have to make a booking?
Yes, that will be very much appreciated
Yes, it will be indeed very much appreciated to make a booking basically as reserving the spot for the lessons you are interested of.

Bookings are what we use to stay organised and ensuring each and every surfer’s comfort and smoothness throughout the day.

To be able to confirm a booking we must arrange a minimum deposit of 50% through our various payment options.
Which plan is right for me?
We will direct you to the right lessons
Surfing is very much straightforward, Beginner Lessons are for beginners, people who have not tried surfing before while Intermediate Lessons are for people with previous experience in surfing.

Family Lessons can be combined between beginner and intermediate and as always, the Little Surfer is a programme specially designed for children under 12 years old.

During our booking process we will discuss which si the best plan for you but most probably you will already know.
How do I make a booking?
Bookings are easy and they take only 5 minutes to complete
When we think of anything we think of making it easy to work both for the guest as well as for us, ensuring this way the best possible booking process.

Either you contact us on Facebook, E-mail, WhatsApp or any of the many other channels we are available on, the process continues in the same place. It takes 5 minutes as we take you from basic personal details to equipment sizes.

Mostly, people prefer using e-mails for bookings.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes we do for specific plans and with certain conditions.
Discounts are always fun and we all know we are always looking for them. Our discounts are available for all our surfing lessons in Bali but as always with certain conditions.

On all our surfing pages we offer an option with a discount, either couples or multiple surfing days but generally we provide discounts for a minimum of 3 people, minimum two days of surfing and special campaigns that we organise.
Can I change my plan?
Yes you can but with certain conditions.
When thinking of changing plans we think of reschedules after confirmed bookings. This is of course possible but a certain condition is always to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Within the last 48 hours before the surfing date we already begin organising logistics and as such, knowing as early as possible about reschedules makes all arrangements a lot easier.
